The R410 is the first product under Ruark Audio 100 Series, designed to elevate your listening experience to a whole new level.
The R410 measures at H150 × W560 × D290mm, weighs 9.5kg, and it comes in two finishes: Fused Walnut Veneer or Soft Grey Lacquer.
A powerful processor forms the core of this speaker, which has the capability to play music files at resolutions of up to 24-bit/192kHz. Additionally, it has built-in features for streaming from Spotify Connect, Tidal Connect, Apple Airplay 2, and Chromecast.
A high-resolution auto dimming 4-inch TFT colour screen displays your selected content in portrait orientation, creating a familiar smartphone-like user experience.
The device also includes Bluetooth 5.1 connectivity with support for aptX HD, SBC, AAC, BLE, A2DP, along with DAB/DAB+/FM and internet radio capabilities.
If you have other hi-fi hardware, you can easily connect them using several physical inputs, such as TOSLINK digital input (24-bit/192kHz), an RIAA phono input for record players, and an HDMI with eARC, enabling it to handle your TV sound as well.
The R410’s interior incorporates 2 x 20mm tweeters paired with 2 x 100mm long-throw bass-mid drivers, plus 120W RMS Class D amplifier, with a frequency range of 35Hz – 22kHz.
Optimised reflex enclosures inside the cabinet enhance the performance of these drivers, while a two-channel amplifier is mounted at the rear of each bass-mid driver to minimise signal path length and deliver the best possible sound quality.
The audio setup is completed with audiophile-grade Burr-Brown 32-bit 192kHz DACs and next-generation digital amplifiers, creating a fully active speaker system.
The device also features Ruark’s iconic RotoDial for physical controls, in addition to those accessible from connected devices and the included remote control.
Ruark is also offering other speakers in Malaysia, such as the R1S Smart Radio, the MR1 Bluetooth Speaker System, and the RS1 Subwoofer.
Pricing and Availability
The R410 is priced at RM8,899 and it will be available for purchase starting end of Q4 2023.
