There’s a rumour circulating online that says Apple is going to launch the iPhone 15 on either 12 or 13 September. It looks like the rumour is on point because Apple has begun sending out invites to a special event.
Yesterday, Apple started sending out invites to a special event entitled “Wonderlust”. The event will be broadcast from Apple Park, Cupertino, California.
The event will takes place on 12 September 2023 at 10am Pacific Time (13 September, 1am Malaysia Time) and you can watch it on apple.com or via Apple TV app.
Although Apple didn’t say anything else about the event, by now we know it’s definitely going to be about the iPhone 15, as September is the usual launch month for iPhones.
All the iPhone 15 models will use USB-C ports due to European Union law, and the iPhone 15 Pro and Pro Max are rumoured to be more expensive than ever.
The iPhone 15 Pro Max/Ultra is also speculated to become the first Apple product to include a periscope-style zoom camera. Both Pro variants are anticipated to showcase titanium frames, departing from the previous stainless steel design.
The complete lineup will substitute the mute toggle with a customisable “Action button,” and the Dynamic Island will be present across all models as well.
We shall be keeping our eyes and ears open for more rumours and news leading up to the launch event.
