Dell has recently introduced a new 24-inch Touch USB-C Hub Monitor (P2424HT). This monitor is specifically designed to offer an organised and interactive experience, functioning as a central point for productivity.
Its versatility makes it suitable for various settings, including retail, warehousing, home, and office environments, ensuring a streamlined and efficient user experience.
The monitor boasts a 23.8-inch IPS touchscreen with a Full HD resolution of 1920 x 1080 pixels, a refresh rate of 60Hz, and an extensive color range of 99% sRGB.
This touchscreen also supports 10-point touch functionality on both Windows and macOS devices. The monitor comes with a built-in 3W mono speaker and features the ComfortView Plus technology, which effectively minimises blue light emissions while preserving colour accuracy.
The monitor’s articulating stand brings versatility to its usage. It can tilt upward at 5 degrees, rotate left and right by 4 degrees, swivel up to 30 degrees, and can be adjusted in height by up to 110mm through a single pivot point.
Beneath the monitor’s lower edge, protective cushions are positioned to absorb any impact when transitioning into tablet mode. Additionally, a 100 x 100mm VESA mount is located on the back of the display, enabling users to attach it to a third-party arm or mount it on a wall.
The new Dell touch monitor offers two USB-A downstream ports, a USB-C downstream port with 15W power delivery, an additional USB-C port with a faster 90W power delivery capability for charging external devices, as well as an HDMI port and a DisplayPort 1.2.
In an uncommon addition, the monitor also includes an RJ45 LAN port for wired internet connectivity, setting it apart from its predecessor and most other monitors.
