The previous PlayStation Showcase took place in September 2021. After more than one year and eight months, Sony is ready to announce another showcase event again.

Sony just announced yesterday on the PlayStation Blog that the next PlayStation Showcase will take place on 24 May 2023, 1:00pm Pacific Time / 9:00pm British Time ( 25 May 4:00am Malaysia time). You can watch the event on YouTube and Twitch.

The showcase will be an hour-long event and Sony said it will be focusing on PS5 and PS VR2 games in development from top studios from around the world. The company also said viewers can anticipate getting a sneak peek at numerous fresh innovations from PlayStation Studios, alongside games produced by their third-party studio and independent developers.

Sony is most likely going to be showing off Marvel’s Spider-Man 2 or the Star Wars: Knights of the Old Republic Remake that was announced back in the previous PlayStation Showcase. Maybe even Naughty Dog’s Last of Us multiplayer game will make an appearance. We guess we will just have to wait until next week to find out what exciting titles that Sony has planned for the gamers.
