You Can Now Message Yourself On WhatsApp With New Update

Previously, messaging yourself on WhatsApp is possible but it involves more steps. WhatsApp has been testing this new feature for quite some time and now, they are finally ready to release it.

This new feature dubbed “Message Yourself”, allows users to send messages, notes, images, links and etc to themselves.

According to TechCrunch, the company has begun to roll out this new feature globally, and it will be available to Android and iPhone users in the coming weeks. 

When a user starts a new chat on WhatsApp, their contact will be displayed at the top of the contacts list. They can use the chat screen to send messages to themselves by tapping that contact.

For quicker access, users can also pin their self-chat messages to the top of the conversation list.
