This is not the first time we have seen superhero themed smartphones. OPPO, OnePlus, and Samsung have done it before with Marvel’s famous characters. But we believe, this is the first time a DC superhero has collaborated with a smartphone company.
According to Evan Blass, the prominent leaker of many smartphones, ASUS is apparently releasing a Batman-themed ASUS ROG 6 phone.
As you can see, this is just a regular ASUS ROG 6 phone, just with a new design and software-based themes and skins related the world’s greatest (comic book) detective.
To recap, the ASUS ROG 6 phone is packing a Qualcomm Snapdragon 8+ Gen 1, a 6.7-inch AMOLED 165Hz refresh rate display, with support for up to 16GB of RAM and 512GB of storage. It has a triple-camera setup, a selfie camera, a stereo speaker, and a huge 6,000 mAh battery that supports fast-charging.
The phone was released back in July 2022 in Malaysia for a starting price of RM3,599.
Evan didn’t say when the phone would be coming out. So, if you are a big fan of the caped crusader, you might want to keep an eye on this and, hopefully, we’ll see other members of the Justice League on other smartphones.
