Maybank has announced that it will perform system maintenance on Sunday, 12 June. The exercise will affect several of the bank’s services including ATMs and online banking services.

During the maintenance, Maybank customers will not be able to withdraw cash from ATMs, pay bills via JomPay, transfer money via Interbank GIRO, or perform any online banking transaction across all of Maybank’s apps and sites.

This includes Maybank2u, the M2U MY app, and the MAE app.

However, because it is scheduled maintenance, the disruption will be staggered.

Maybank has listed when each service will be disrupted and for how long. You can refer to the table here or directly on Maybank’s website
