Touch ‘n Go eWallet has released a notification on their Facebook page informing customers that their services are currently experiencing disruptions.
It says that users may not be able to make payments using their Touch ‘n Go eWallet at the moment. It further explains that the disruptions affect RFID and PayDirect services as well.
The statement also mentioned that Touch ‘n Go eWallet is trying to rectify the problem and will make an announcement once the issue has been fixed.
