Samsung Still Leads The Global TV Market After 16 Years

Research firm says Samsung still has the biggest market share in the global TV Market.

Market research firm, Omdia, named Samsung Electronics the global TV market leader for the 16th consecutive year with a market share of 19.8%.

Samsung’s growth across the Visual Display Business in the last 16 years is coupled with its Neo QLED portfolio,  Lifestyle TV portfolio, and a series of industry, category, and product “firsts”.

In 2022, Samsung expects to maintain its industry-leading market position with the introduction of more products.

This includes Samsung’s new Neo QLED lineup, Samsung’s MICRO LED, Lifestyle TVs, the Freestyle, and a company-wide sustainability programs. 

Over the next few years, Samsung will continue to invest in R&D and product development.
