Twitter has been dangling the highly requested edit feature on their platform over its users like a carrot for years.
Now that Musk revealed that he owns 9.2% of Twitter’s stock, which some say is the largest portion of the Twitter pie right now, he may have the power to make that feature a reality.
On Monday, Musk in a Securities and Exchange Commission filing revealed that he had bought 73,486,938 Twitter shares on March 14.
He did so nine days after proclaiming himself a free speech absolutist.

Sorry to be a free speech absolutist.
However, it is uncertain if he is being serious or if this is one of Musk’s stunts. He has certainly done some questionable things in the past like smoking weed on the Joe Rogan Podcast and his many, many controversial tweets.
