The Health Ministry advises the public to practise TRISS to curb the spread of Covid 19.

It stands for test (with a self test-kit), report (your results on MySejahtera), isolate (if you are positive), inform (close contacts and immediate family if you are positive), and seek (help if your symptoms worsen).

Recently MySejahtera has updated its Covid 19 Self Report feature.

In the Update Covid 19 Results section users are now also required to include a photo of the test result to update their health status.

You can either take a photo or upload a photo of the self-test result that you have already taken.

Although MySejahtera does not provide a guideline, we suggest that you make sure that the photo of your test is clear and well lit.

You can also include the clock and calendar display on your pc or another smartphone or a current newspaper in the background as proof of when you took the test.

The Health Ministry recommends that you should do a Covid 19 self-test if you have symptoms, if you are considered a close contact with someone who has tested positive, if you are going to travel, and before you go to gatherings.
