Local PUBG Mobile Team Wins SEA Champions, RM128,300

Team Secret walked away with RM128,300 after winning the PUBG Mobile Pro League Regional Championship, Southeast Asia, recently.

They will be representing Malaysia in the PUBG Mobile Global Championship (PMGC) 2021 which is set to take place on 30 Nov.

The three day tournament which took place on 5 to 7 Nov, saw the all-Malaysian team defeat other pro teams from Malaysia, Indonesia, Vietnam and Thailand including former 2019 Global Champions, Indonesia’s Bigetron Red Aliens.

Team Secret is a Maxis sponsored PUBG Mobile pro team based in Malaysia.

Maxis Head of Brand and Marketing Tai Kam Leong said the team has earned the win and the success of the team will further the support Maxis has in growing eSports in Malaysia through the collaboration with Team Secret, cultivating the local talent.
