Victor Xu Jin Long is the new Country Director of HUAWEI Malaysia Consumer Business Group (BG) to oversee the day-to-day business operations.
The previous country director was Fisher Jiang, and he was appointed back in 2021. A few days ago, HUAWEI Malaysia announced that there’s a new person who will be assuming that position.
Victor graduated from Tianjin University in China and he has over 15 years of experience working in the consumer electronics industry. He joined HUAWEI China in 2007 as a member of the Terminal Test Management Department.

Before taking the role of Country Director, Victor served as Director of Huawei Asia Pacific
Device Channel Sales. He has a wide range of experience across the industry, notably
in the area of strategic business planning, establishing corporate ties and alliances, as well
as improving organisational competence.
It is with great pleasure to be granted the mandate for this new position in Malaysia. In my current role, I am deeply committed to maintaining the wave of innovation, while ushering in the latest and greatest HUAWEI products to Malaysian fans. I look forward to supporting the consumer business group in Malaysia by providing strategic oversight through my experience in the industry.
Customer centricity is the core of HUAWEI’s business philosophy. We strive to create unique experiences that other brands could not and bring people closer than ever through HUAWEI’s technologies.
With that in mind, I am also glad to announce that Malaysia would be one of the first countries where the latest flagship Mate 50 series would be made available for HUAWEI fans.HUAWEI Malaysia, Country Director, Victor Xu
