Xiaomi Corporation Donates 200,000USD To NGOs In Malaysia & Philippines To Help With Flood Relief

World Vision Philippines and Yayasan Food Bank Malaysia will each receive 100,000USD.

Xiaomi Corporation announced in a blog post that they will donate to NGOs to help those affected by Typhoon Rai in the Philippines and Malaysia.

In the Philippines, 100,000USD (~510,900PHP) will be donated to the World Vision Development Foundation to aid the millions of families and individuals who have been impacted by Typhoon Rai.

In Malaysia, 100,000USD (~RM 418,150) will be donated to the Yayasan Food Bank Malaysia’s monsoon & flood humanitarian relief. Here the money will be used to help underprivileged flood victims rebuild their livelihoods.

Both donations will be made by the Xiaomi Foundation Limited.
