Konami Entertainment Limited has announced that the adventures of the Bomberman Brothers will continue in Super Bomberman R 2.
It also said that the sequel to the classic party game will make its return on the PlayStation 5, PlayStation 4, Xbox Series X|S, Xbox One, Steam (PC) and Nintendo Switch.
This time the game will introduce “Castle”, a new game mode that lets a player design and build their own fortification, defend it against up to 15 other enemy players, and share their creations with the world.
Of course, the classic Battle Modes from the series will also make their return in Super Bomberman R 2.
No friends? There will also be a single-player story mode that continues the story of the 8 Bomberman Brothers (and sisters) and introduces a new character Called Ellon (not the one that is trying to buy Twitter).
Konami says that details on the single-player game are coming later. In the meantime, enjoy the game’s announcement trailer.
