PC gamers are truly getting the best of both worlds at this point, so REJOICE master race brethren for we are getting God Of War in 2022.
After nearly 4 years since the exclusive reboot was released in Sony’s PlayStation 4, Sony announced they will be releasing the game on Steam and the Epic Games Store this coming January 14.
If you are planning on replaying the PC version of God Of War, there is a little upgrade in the game; an unlocked framerate and true 4K gameplay.
The best part of the game coming to PC is that you can still play it with the DualShock 4 controller and DualSense controller natively, as well as with NVIDIA’s DLSS (Deep Learning Super Sampling) and Reflex low latency technology.
If you feel like controllers are meant for babies, the game does support the true gaming experience of playing with a mouse and keyboard, and will also allow you to fully customize your keybindings.

God Of War is not the first PlayStation exclusive game Sony has released to PC, joining titles like Horizon Zero Dawn and Days Gone that made the jump to PC with Sony planning on releasing more titles down the line.
The release of God Of War on PC seems to be very timely as it does help Sony build up hype for the sequel.
God of War: Ragnarök is expected to be released sometime in 2022.
